Casa Feliz is een zeer ruime duplex op Vera Natura. Via het dubbele beneden terras van de duplex komt u via de voordeur in de woonkamer met keuken. De keuken is voorzien van een vierpits kookstel, magnetron, kleine oven, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, senseo, tostimaker, broodrooster en een wasmachine. Op deze etage vind u ook een tweede toilet. Op de tv zitten zowel de Spaanse kanalen alsook Nederlandse televisie. Het appartement is voorzien van WIFI. Deze woon-eetkamer heeft een eettafel met 4 stoelen (zes mogelijk wanneer nodig) en wordt verwarmd of gekoeld door een airconditioning machine.
De eerste etage heeft een heel groot terras met grote betegelde tafel met banken en stoelen en ook kussens voor deze zitplaatsen zijn aanwezig. Tevens zijn er ligstoelen, kussens en parasol aanwezig.
Op de tweede etage zijn er twee grote slaapkamers, één met een groot bed van 1.60 m en één met twee losse éénpersoons bedden. Beide kamers beschikken over airconditioning die naast koelen ook kan verwarmen. Alle ramen zijn voorzien van horren.
In de tweede slaapkamer bevindt zich ook de huishoudelijk kast met stofzuiger, wasrek, strijkijzer, strijkplank en meer dan genoeg beddengoed en thee- en handdoeken. Alles om schoon te kunnen maken is aanwezig!
De badkamer is zeer ruim en bestaat uit een groot rond bad waarin gedoucht word. Daarnaast zijn er natuurlijk een toilet en een wastafel!
De tweede etage heeft twee serre´s waarvan ramen/ deuren en het dak volledig geopend kunnen worden. Altijd in de zon en uit de wind dus!
Ook boven is het terras uitgerust met tafel, stoelen, ligbedden en kussens.
Casa feliz is een geregistreerde vakantie woning die aan alle eisen voldoet en is is ingeschreven onder Decreto 28/2016 CTC-2017018102.
Brandblusser, uitgebreide ehbo kast, informatie over de omgeving, alle belangrijke telefoonnummers, een boekje met instructie voor EHBO, een boekje met allerlei denkbare medische vertalingen van Nederlands naar Spaans (Vertel de dokter … hoe vertel ik het de Spaanse dokter ?) En natuurlijk zijn wij er om u met alle problemen bij te staan!
Het park is auto vrij en alleen toegankelijk voor gasten of eigenaren van de appartementen. Dit appartement heeft zijn eigen overdekte parking, die zich aan de rand van het terrein bevind.
Casa Feliz es un dúplex muy amplio en Vera Natura. A través de la doble terraza de la planta baja del dúplex se entra en el salón con cocina a través de la puerta principal. La cocina está equipada con una estufa de cuatro quemadores, microondas, horno, hervidor de agua, cafetera, sandwichera, tostadora y lavadora. En esta planta también encontrará un segundo aseo. Hay canales españoles en la televisión. El Apartamento está equipado con su propio WIFI.
Este salón-comedor tiene una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas (seis posibles cuando sea necesario) y está calentado o refrigerado por una máquina de aire acondicionado. La primera planta tiene una terraza muy grande con una gran mesa de azulejos con sofás y sillas y también están presentes cojines para estos asientos. También hay tumbonas, cojines y sombrilla.
En la segunda planta hay dos dormitorios grandes, uno con una cama grande de 1,60 m y otro con dos camas individuales separadas. Ambas habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado que también puede calentar. Todas las ventanas están equipadas con mosquiteras.
En el segundo dormitorio también se encuentra el armario de la casa con aspiradora, plancha, tabla de planchar y ropa de cama y toallas.
El baño es muy amplio y consta de una gran bañera redonda en la que se puede duchar. Además, hay un aseo y un lavabo.
El segundo piso tiene dos invernaderos de los cuales las ventanas / puertas y el techo se pueden abrir por completo. ¡Siempre al sol y fuera del viento!
También arriba, la terraza está equipada con mesa, sillas, tumbonas y almohadas.
Casa feliz es una casa de vacaciones registrada que cumple con todos los requisitos y está registrada bajo el Decreto 28/2016 CTC-2017018102.
Extintor de incendios, extenso botiquín de primeros auxilios, información sobre el área, todos los números de teléfono importantes y un folleto con instrucciones para primeros auxilios están.
No se permiten coches en el parque. Este apartamento tiene su propio aparcamiento cubierto, que se encuentra en el borde del parque.
